Clare Conners is a lawyer and former public official with more than twenty years of experience in the criminal and civil justice systems, as well as high-level management experience in government. She most recently served as the presidentially appointed United States Attorney for the District of Hawaiʻi. As the district’s top-ranking law enforcement officer, Clare oversaw the investigation and prosecution of federal crimes related to national security, public corruption, racketeering, drug-trafficking, complex fraud, cybercrimes, child exploitation, violent crime, and civil rights. Previously, Clare served as the 16th Attorney General of the State of Hawaiʻi. As the state’s chief legal and law enforcement officer, she oversaw more than 200 attorneys and 500 professional personnel responsible for discharging constitutional and statutory mandates. Clare is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Hawaiʻi, William S. Richardson School of Law, where she co-taught a course on small business and entrepreneurship. Prior to attending Harvard Law School, Clare served for three years as the Operations Coordinator for the City of New York, Parks and Recreation Department. She is a graduate of Yale University, and in January 2026, began serving as a Trustee for her alma mater, Punahou School.

Over the past four years, he has specialized in AI pre-training and fine-tuning large language models, applying techniques such as RLHF and RAG to build and deploy production-grade systems. His work includes fine-tuning state-of-the-art LLMs on emotion-labeled datasets to enable nuanced interpretation of complex emotions, developing proprietary LLMs that integrate human emotions to enhance contextual understanding and human-like interaction, and generating synthetic human data, emotional and behavioral modeling for AI Emotion Engine, and building next-generation human-centric intelligence.
He has contributed to the AI community as a judge at the IEEE Project Showcase at Northwestern University and has collaborated with cross-functional teams, including partnerships with automobile companies, to explore real-world AI applications. As a co-founder of a previous energy technology company, Gurpreet played a key role in developing proprietary battery technology, filing two patents, raising $0.5M in pre-seed funding, and collaborating with leading universities and research labs.
